Airtel’s Rs 449 prepaid plan offers 2GB data per day and unlimited voice calls for 70 days

Just a couple of days ago, Airtel introduced its new Rs 558 prepaid plan, which offers 3GB of data per day for 82 days, apart from free calling benefits. Now, the company has launched it’s yet another prepaid plan with long-term data and voice calling benefits. India’s leading telecom operator is now offering 2GB of data per day as well as unlimited calling benefits with its Rs 449 prepaid tariff.

Airtel’s new Rs 499 prepaid pack offers 2GB of data per day for the duration of 70 days, resulting in a total of 140GB. This data can be on 4G networks as well as last-gen 2G and 3G networks. The same plan also lets you make unlimited local and STD voice calls to all networks, along with offering free roaming across the country. Lastly, subscribers will get 100 SMSes per day with this plan.

Airtel’s latest prepaid plan is aimed to compete against arch-rival Jio’s Rs 448 pack for prepaid subscribers. The upstart’s tariff also offers 2GB of 4G data per day and unlimited calls for 82 days, apart from the free roaming and SMS benefits.
