Amazfit GTR 3, GTR 3 Pro and GTS 3 smartwatches have been announced globally as successors to the GTR 2 and GTS 2. They feature up to 150 sports modes, an AMOLED display with a 1000 nits brightness, and customisable watch faces. The GTR 2 and GTR 2 Pro feature a circular dial and are apparently made from lightweight aircraft-grade aluminium alloy. While the GTS 3 has a square dial and is sleek at just 8.8mm and weighs 24.4 grams. The smartwatches can measure heart rate, blood oxygen saturation, stress level, and breathing rate in one single tap and the results surfaced in 45 seconds.

Amazfit GTR 3, GTR 3 Pro, and GTS 3 prices

  • The Amazfit GTR 3 is priced at $179.99 (Rs. 13,600 approx.) and comes in Thunder Black and Moonlight Grey colours.
  • The GTR 3 Pro costs $229.99 (Rs. 17,400 approx.) and will be available in Brown Leather and Infinite Black colours.
  • The Amazfit GTS 3 is priced at $179.99 (Rs. 13,600 approx.) and comes in Graphite Black, Ivory White, and Terra Rosa colours.
The smartwatches will be available in several markets including India soon. No launch date has been revealed yet.

Amazfit GTR 3 and GTR 3 specifications

GTR 3

Amazfit GTR 3 sports a 1.39-inch AMOLED display with 454 X 454 pixels resolution, 326 PPI, 66 percent screen to body ratio, up to 1000nits brightness, scratch-resistant glass, and Anti-fingerprint coating. It supports 150+ sports modes, BioTracker 3.0 PPG biometric sensor that supports blood-oxygen and 6PD + 2LED and is 5 ATM water-resistant. The smartwatch boots Zepp OS that supports Android 7.0 and iOS 12.0 and above. Connectivity options include Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, and GLONASS.

There’s a microphone for Alexa and an offline voice assistant, a 450mAh battery that is claimed to last up to 21 days and up to 35 days in basic watch mode. Sensors onboard include an Ambient light sensor, Geomagnetic sensor, Gyroscope sensor, Acceleration sensor, and Barometric pressure sensor. The watch measures 45.8×45.8×10.8mm and weighs 32 grams.

GTR 3 Pro

On the other hand, GTR 3 Pro, shares similar specifications except for a few minor changes. It sports a slightly bigger 1.45-inch AMOLED display with a 70.6 percent screen-to-body ratio and 1000nits brightness. There’s 2.3GB of built-in storage for offline music playback and a 450mAh battery with up to 30 days of battery life in basic watch mode. The GTR 3 Pro comes with a speaker for voice calling over Bluetooth and real-time skin temperature measurement.

The Amazfit GTS 3 flaunts a large 1.72-inch AMOLED display with 390 x 450 pixels resolution, 341 PPI screen, a 72.4 percent screen-to-body ratio, a scratch-resistant glass, and Anti-fingerprint coating. It runs on Zepp OS, with support for Android 7.0 and iOS 12.0 and above. It supports 150+ sports modes, 5 ATM water-resistance, a microphone for Alexa and voice assistant, Bluetooth 5.1, and GPS. There’s a 250mAh battery with up to 12 days, up to 20 days battery life in basic watch mode, and up to 20 hours with continuous GPS. It is equipped with a BioTracker3.0 PPG biometric sensor that supports blood-oxygen and 6PD + 2LED.
