Amazon has just launched the Fire TV Stick 4K alongside an all-new Alexa Voice Remote in the Indian market. The brand’s Alexa Voice Remote lets you control power on your compatible TV with a single remote. Apart from compatibility with the new Fire TV Stick 4K, the new remote is also compatible with earlier Fire TV devices. Notably, the Alexa Voice Remote also features volume and mute button for the first time.

The new Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K is powered by a 1.7GHz quad-core processor, which offers faster streaming experience, brilliant picture quality, and quicker load times. The device provides access to 4K Ultra HD, Dolby Vision, and HDR10+ content as well. Finding 4K content on the Fire TV is easier now as you can just ask Alexa to show 4K TV shows or play something directly. You can enjoy your favourite TV episodes or movies using the device from services like Prime Video, Hotstar, Netflix, Sony LIV, Zee5 and others.

As for the pricing, the new Fire TV Stick 4K and Alexa Voice Remote bundle has been priced at Rs 5,999. You can also purchase the Alexa Voice Remote separately for Rs 1,999. The devices are available to pre-order now and will start shipping from November 14th. Amazon has also announced that Alexa support for Fire TV, including the far-field control of the device will be available on all existing Fire TV devices via a software update on November 14th.
