Ambrane PP-101 10,000mAh power bank launched in India, priced at Rs 1,799

Accessories maker Ambrane has launched a new power bank with 10,000mAh lithium polymer battery in India. The new power bank, named Ambrane PP-101, is designed for users on the go and is said to be a lightweight product that is compact in size. It delivers 5V/ 2.4A output with auto switch, depending on the mobile phone. Ambrane claims it can withstand up to 500 discharge cycles.

The new Ambrane PP-101 has dual USB ports, one microUSB port, LED charging indicator, and LED torch light. In terms of design, the power bank gets a rubberised matte finish body. It comes with smart detection plug-and-play function that turns the power on automatically for charging when connected with a mobile device. Inside are nine layers for the protection of the chipset and the polymer cell, as well as safety features such as short circuit protection, overcharge protection, and over discharge protection as well as over voltage protection.
