iPhone 13 series launch finally has a date and it is September 14th, as rumoured. Apple has officially sent out invites for its biggest hardware event of the year. The Apple fall event will take place at 1 PM ET (10:30 PM IST) on September 14th. The event is widely expected to see the launch of the flagship iPhone 13 series. Based on what we know so far, the lineup will include the iPhone 13 mini, iPhone 13, iPhone 13 Pro, and iPhone 13 Pro Max, much like the iPhone 12 series. This year’s iPhone models are expected to come with smaller notches, new Apple processor, and a couple of them will also support up to 120Hz refresh rate.
In addition to new iPhones, the Apple event on September 14th is also expected to see the launch of the Apple Watch Series 7. Renders and rumours so far tell us that the new Apple smartwatch will come with a redesign that includes flattened edges and a larger screen. The Apple Watch Series 7 is said to come in 41mm and 45mm screen sizes and new watch faces.
Apple is also expected to announce the iOS 15 release date for iPhone users. To recall, iOS 15 was announced at WWDC 2021 back in June. The next major OS for iPhones brings improvements to FaceTime, iMessage, notifications, and more. iOS 15 also comes with features like SharePlay, Focus mode, and Live Text, among other things.
Apart from the iPhone 13 series and Apple Watch Series 7, Apple might also announce new AirPods that will feature AirPods Pro-like design and new MacBook Pro models. We will be covering the September 14th Apple event extensively so do follow this space for all the latest information on the iPhone 13 series, Apple Watch Series 7, and more.
