The video starts with Zack break opening the plastic window of the AeroAcrive Cooler and then the AeroActive Portal’s flap open, which gives a better look at the copper fins inside the ROG Phone 7 Ultimate. The video then proceeds to the screen scratch test, which as expected produces scratches and deeper grooves at levels 6 and 7, respectively. The ROG Phone 7 Ultimate has Corning Gorilla Glass Victus support.

The side frame of the phone has ultra-sonic trigger buttons and Blue-tinted buttons. The frame is made of aluminium. The back of the phone is made out of glass and has a secondary screen. After the scratch test, the ROG Phone 7 Ultimate is put to the burn test. The AMOLED screen withstands the flames for about 30 seconds before turning White. However, the screen returns to normal as the dead pixels are restored. 

The most important part of the durability video is the bend test. Unlike the ROG Phone 5 and ROG Phone 6 that snapped in half when bent by applying some force, the ROG Phone 7 Ultimate doesn’t break and very much stands its ground. Though we can see ample flex, the phone simply refuses to snap in half, thus surviving the torture test.
