ASUS Vivobook S14 and Vivobook S14 Flip launched in India: price, specifications

ASUS has launched the Vivobook S14 (S3407VA) and Vivobook S14 Flip (TP3402VAO) laptops in India. The latest ASUS Vivobook laptops are equipped with the 13th-gen Intel H-series processors to cater to a wide variety of users in the country. The brand claims that the Vivobook 14 series sports an ultra-slim design with all-day battery life and a 16:10 display.

ASUS Vivobook S14 and Vivobook S14 Flip price in India, availability

• The Vivobook S14 price in India starts at Rs 67,990. It is available in Cool Silver and Matte Grey colour options.
• In contrast, the Vivobook S14 Flip is priced at Rs 69,990 and comes in a single variant featuring the Intel Core i5-13420H processor. It is offered in Cool Silver and Quiet Blue.

• Both the laptops will be available through the ASUS India e-shop and Flipkart. The Flip model will also be available at ASUS Exclusive Stores, regional retailers, large-format outlets, and small multi-brand shops.

ASUS Vivobook S14: features, specifications

• Design and build: The Vivobook S14 measures just 17.9mm in thickness and weighs approx. 1.4kg. It has a two-part metal construction and meets US MIL-STD 810H military-grade standards.

• Display: The laptop flaunts a 14-inch IPS display with WUXGA resolution, 16:10 aspect ratio and 86% screen-to-body ratio. It supports 300nits brightness, 45% NTSC colour gamut and features TUV Rheinland certification for low blue light emission
• Processor: The Vivobook S14 is available with either an Intel Core i5-13420H or i7-13620H processor paired with Intel UHD graphics.
• Memory and storage: The processor is paired with 16GB of DDR5 RAM and 512GB PCIe 4.0 NVMe M.2 SSD storage.
• OS: The device runs Windows 11 Home straight out of the box with Microsoft Office Home 2024 (lifetime validity) and M365 Basic (1-year validity).
• Webcam: It has an FHD IR camera with a physical privacy shutter and supports Windows Hello.
• Connectivity and I/O ports: In terms of connectivity, it features Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.3. It has two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type A ports, two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type C ports, one HDMI 1.4 and a 3.5mm combo audio jack.
• Battery and charging: The device is backed by 70Wh battery with 65W Type C fast charging support. 
• Others: The laptop has stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos audio support. It has an ErgoSense Touchpad with support for smart gestures and a backlit keyboard with a dedicated Copilot key for instant AI access.

• Design and build: The Vivobook S14 Flip also measures just 18.9mm thick and weighs approx. 1.5kg. It has a 360-degree hinge which will enable multiple usage modes, including Laptop, Tablet, Tent, and Stand. The device also meets US MIL-STD 810H military-grade standards.

• Display: It features a 14-inch IPS touchscreen display with FHD+ resolution, 60Hz refresh rate and 16:10 aspect ratio. The laptop also supports 300 nits brightness and a stylus.
• Processor: The laptop is available in a lone variant with an Intel Core i5-13420H processor paired with Intel UHD graphics.
• Webcam: The device also flaunts a similar FHD IR camera with a physical privacy shutter and Windows Hello support.
• Battery and charging: It has a smaller 50Wh battery with 90W fast charging support. 
• Connectivity and I/O ports: The Vivobook S14 Flip also supports Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity. It has one USB 2.0 Type A port, one USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type A port, one USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type C port, HDMI 1.4, a 3.5mm combo audio jack and a DC-in port.
• Others: It also comes with stereo speakers tuned by Harman Kardon and Dolby Atmos audio support. The touchpad and keyboard remain unchanged from the standard model.
