ASUS has launched its latest Snapdragon-powered laptops in India. The ASUS Zenbook A14 packs the Snapdragon X Elite and Snapdragon X processors, offering a slim, lightweight design for those who need power on the go. On the other hand, the ASUS Vivobook 16 is designed for everyday computing with its Snapdragon X X1 26 100 processor, a larger 16-inch display, and fast connectivity

ASUS Zenbook A14 and Vivobook 16: price, availability

The Zenbook A14 (UX3407QA) is priced at Rs. 99,990, while the Zenbook A14 (UX3407RA) retails for Rs. 1,29,990. The Vivobook 16 (X1607QA) starts at Rs. 65,990, and these laptops are available across ASUS e-shop, Amazon, Flipkart, Croma, Vijay Sales, Reliance, and other partner retail outlets.

ASUS Zenbook A14: features, specifications

  • Build and dimensions: With a compact design, the laptop measures 31.07 x 21.39 x 1.34–1.59 cm and weighs only 980 grams, making it highly portable.
  • Display: The device features a 14-inch Lumina OLED display with a 16:10 aspect ratio and a resolution of 1920 x 1200. With a 90 percent screen-to-body ratio, 600 nits of peak brightness, and 100 percent DCI-P3 colour coverage, it can output vibrant visuals. It also supports DisplayHDR 600 True Black for deeper contrasts.
  • Performance & graphics: The laptop comes with two processor options: the Qualcomm Snapdragon X Elite (45W) for high-performance tasks and the Qualcomm Snapdragon X (28W) for more power efficiency. It includes an integrated Qualcomm Adreno GPU for graphics and a Qualcomm Hexagon NPU delivering 45 TOPS of AI performance.
  • Memory and Storage: The laptop is equipped with 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM running at 8448MHz. For storage, it includes a 512GB PCIe 4.0 x4 NVMe M.2 SSD. 
  • Connectivity and Ports: It supports tri-band Wi-Fi 7 (802.11ax) and Bluetooth 5.4, along with an alternative Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3 option. The laptop offers multiple ports, including two USB4 Type-C ports with full-range charging (5–20V), one USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A, a standard HDMI 2.1 (TMDS) port, and a 3.5mm combo audio jack.

  • Performance and AI Capabilities: The laptop is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon X X1 26 100 processor, featuring 8 cores and 8 threads with a clock speed of up to 2.97GHz. It includes an integrated Qualcomm Adreno iGPU for graphics and a Qualcomm Hexagon NPU capable of up to 45 TOPS for AI-driven tasks.
