The ASUS ZenFone 3 Deluxe and ZenFone 3 Ultra share quite a few specifications. They boast 23MP Sony IMX318 rear cameras with dual-LED real tone flash, 4-axis OIS, and a Tri-Tech autofocus system with laser, phase detection and continuous autofocus. They boot Android Marshmallow with ZenUI 3.0 on top, and come with 8MP selfie cameras, fingerprint sensors, USB Type-C ports, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.2, dual-SIM slots, and microSD card slots.
Individually, the ZenFone 3 Deluxe (first impressions) flaunts a 5.7-inch Super AMOLED full HD display with Gorilla Glass 4 protection. The phone comes in two configurations – one with a 2.15GHz Snapdragon 820 SoC, and the other with a 2.4GHz Snapdragon 821 processor, both mated to Adreno 530 graphics and 6GB of RAM. It is being offered in 64GB and 256GB storage variants. The device is fuelled by a 3,000mAh battery that supports Quick Charge 3.0 technology.
The ZenFone 3 Ultra (first impressions) features a tablet-grade 6.8-inch full HD IPS display. It is powered by a 64-bit Snapdragon 652 processor (1.8GHz quad-core Cortex A72 CPU + 1.2GHz quad-core Cortex-A53 CPU), aided by 4GB of RAM and an Adreno 510 GPU. It comes with 64GB of internal memory. It is backed by a beefier 4,600mAh battery, which supports Quick Charge 3.0 tech and can function as a power bank to charge other devices.
As for the pricing, the ASUS ZenFone 3 Deluxe with Snapdragon 820 SoC will be available for Rs 49,999, while its Snapdragon 821 variant will set you back by solid Rs 62,999. It comes in Glacier Silver and Sand Gold hues. The ZenFone 3 Ultra has been priced at Rs 49,999, and will be available in Titanium Grey and Glacier Silver variants. Starting today, they will be up for grabs in select Asus Preferred Partner’s retail outlets and on all major e-commerce portals.
