At the Zenvolution event at Computex, ASUS unveiled the third generation of its ZenFone series of smartphones. The company is now sending out invites for a launch event in New Delhi, where it is expected to announce the launch of these smartphones in India.
The new ZenFone 3 range launched at Computex comprises of three smartphones, namely the ZenFone 3 (first impressions), Zenfone 3 Ultra (first impressions) and ZenFone 3 Deluxe (first impressions). All three smartphones feature premium metallic designs, fingerprint scanners, full HD displays and a Snapdragon processor under the hood. The brand touts that the ZenFone 3 Ultra and ZenFone 3 Deluxe are the world’s first smartphones to feature full metal bodies with invisible antenna lines. Interestingly, ASUS also unveiled the ZenFone 3 Laser and ZenFone 3 Max at a separate event in Vietnam. We’re not sure which of these devices ASUS will be launching at the event, but we’ll find out more details once the company unveils the new smartphones on August 17th.
