It’s that time of the week when we talk about Battlegrounds Mobile India. The PUBG Mobile remake has achieved a new milestone in the country. Battlegrounds Mobile India pre registration crossed 20 million on the Google Play Store in just 2 weeks, Krafton has announced. We can expect that number to surge even further, as Krafton is throwing in a few goodies for those who pre-register. Battlegrounds Mobile India racked up 7.6 million pre-registrations on opening day on May 18th. You can still pre-register for the game on Google Play Store for Android. Battlegrounds Mobile India release date is yet to be officially announced.
Battlegrounds Mobile India pre-registration hits 20 million
CH Kim, CEO of Krafton had the following to say about the matter, “We would like to express our sincere gratitude to our Indian fans for their overwhelming response to the BATTLEGROUNDS IP, first developed by me and my team in 2017. The BATTLEGROUNDS IP received love and acclaim from players worldwide, and KRAFTON will continue to build on the IP. That effort includes bringing amazing content to BATTLEGROUNDS MOBILE INDIA, and providing an incomparable battle royale experience to our players”.
Battlegrounds Mobile India launch date is yet to be revealed, though. While the June 18th release has been tipped by third parties multiple times, Krafton has been fairly tight-lipped about it. One can’t help but wonder what’s the holdup. It is, after all, PUBG Mobile with a few assets moved around here and there. Perhaps Krafton wants to build up just the right amount of hype before making Battlegrounds Mobile India available to the public.
