How to get UC in Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI)
1. Earn Google Play credits for free and spend them to purchase UC
When you purchase UC in Battlegrounds Mobile India through Google Play, you have to pay the amount using your credit/debit card or use the funds in the Google Play account that you might have added using a gift card/voucher. But what if I told you that you can load money in Google Play for free and use it to purchase UC in Battlegrounds Mobile India? Yes, you’ve read it right. You can load money into Google Play without spending anything from your pocket and use it to purchase UC in BGMI.
Google has an app called Opinion Rewards on the Google Play Store. In this app, Google asks users for their opinions on various matters. In return, Google rewards you with Google Play credits. In simpler terms, Google will add money into your Google Play account for answering questions on Google Opinion Rewards. The brand doesn’t pay much but if you keep answering questions, you can get enough credits in your Google Play account to purchase UC in BGMI without spending anything from your pocket.

2. Purchase it from within the game
If you can’t wait for BGMI to release redeem codes, you can purchase UC from within the game. And how do you do that?
- Fire up Battlegrounds Mobile India and log into the game
- On the top-right corner of the homepage, you will be able to see the UC icon
- Click on it to view the UC bundles
It should be noted that the prices of UC are different on Android and iOS. The UC prices are cheaper on Android compared to iOS and Krafton hasn’t really explained the reason behind this.

3. Buy Elite Royal Pass in Battlegrounds Mobile India
Battlegrounds Mobile India offers Elite Pass and Elite Pass Plus. While the Elite Pass costs 360 UC, the Elite Pass Plus will set you back by 960 UC. So, how is it related to getting UC? Well, if you buy the Elite Pass, you can earn back 360 UC by levelling up your pass. Meanwhile, Elite Pass Plus tiers reward you with an additional 120 UC, making it a total of 480 UC.
4. BGMI redeem codes
One of the easiest ways to get UC in BGMI for free is using redeem codes. If you have played PUBG Mobile, you might know that Krafton releases redeem codes for players to earn rewards such as UC or unknown cash. These codes are usually offered as a reward by the developer or by popular gamers and streamers. To redeem the code, you need to go to the BGMI redemption website, enter your character ID and your redemption code, and click on “Redeem.” Once you do that, open the game, go to the mail section, and click on the mail related to the reward to get it.
That said, Krafton is yet to release redeem code with UC for Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI). There are reports that Krafton will roll out the code redemption feature in BGMI soon. While we are at it, it is worth mentioning that many links have been circulating online claiming to be BGMI code generators. However, these code generators are fake. Battlegrounds Mobile India does not offer a code redemption facility at the moment.
