Krafton has kicked off a new contest that will reward Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) players with free Royale Pass 8. Royale Pass is BGMI’s own battle pass that offers cosmetics and other rewards when you level up tiers in the pass. The premium Elite version of Royale Pass usually costs 960 UC, but can be earned for free with the currently running contest. The new Scavenger Hunt contest will run until February 23rd, and players need to play the new Santorini map to participate in the contest.
How to get BGMI Royale Pass 8 for free
Here’s how you can participate in the Scavenger Hunt for BGMI Royale Pass 8:
- Follow the official Instagram page of BGMI
- Start a match in Santorini and locate the RPM8 logo on the map
- Take a screenshot of the logo, highlight it, share it on Instagram, and tag the BGMI page
- Fill this form to enter the contest
Krafton will randomly select 20 winners who will be rewarded with free Royale Pass 8. With Royale Pass 8, players can earn UC, backpack skins, hats, outfits, emotes, weapon skins, and more.
Krafton has recently announced the roadmap for 2022 BGMI esports in India. It will host four BGMI esports tournaments this year – Battlegrounds Mobile Open Challenge, Battlegrounds Mobile Pro Series Season 1, Battlegrounds Mobile India Series, and Battlegrounds Mobile Pro Series Season 2. The tournaments will cash prizes worth Rs 4 crore, and players will get national as well as international esports opportunities. The registrations for Battlegrounds Mobile Open Challenge will begin at the end of February and the in-game qualifiers are set to start at the end of March.
