Popular audio accessory brand boAt has added a new Stone SpinX speaker to its lineup in India today. The affordable Bluetooth-powered wireless audio device comes in a cylindrical shape wrapped inside a fabric grill and thermoplastic polymer. The company claims that the speaker offers high-level of durability and crystal clear surround sound.

The boAt Stone SpinX speaker has been priced in India at Rs 2,699. The product comes with one-year warranty and can be purchased from the e-commerce site Amazon starting today. The speaker comes in three shades: black, blue and white.

The boAt Stone SpinX houses dual six-watt drivers and dual passive radiators that allows sound to vibrate through the speakers and regenerate across the room. “The speakers catch serendipity in every note of tenor, bass, snare, clap and lyric,” said the company in a press statement. boasts of a 2,000mAh lithium battery that is said to last up to 5 to 8 hours with a single charge.

In terms of connectivity, the Stone SpinX comes with Bluetooth 4.2 technology that offers connectivity range of up to 10 meters and Aux-in port. The speaker also offers True Wireless function, whereby a user can connect two Stone SpinX’s at once to amp up the party. Other features of the speaker include IPX6 splash- and dust-resistant certified, built-in buttons for volume as well as playing/ pausing tracks, and a screw to mount the speaker on a cycle or a tripod.
