Daiwa has updated its product lineup in India with the launch of the affordable D42E50S 40-inch Android-based TV. The new television is powered by the dated Android 5.1 Lollipop OS and packs a LED display with Full HD (1,920 x 1,080p) resolution. The company claims that its new TV boast of a sleek and innovative design with slimmer display bezels.
Coming to the specifications, the Daiwa D42E50S is said to offer a fantastic display quality with A+ grade panel and a dynamic contrast ratio of 700000:1. For audio, it is fitted with 20W box speakers for “crystal-clear” sound to enhance buyers’ viewing experience. The speaker has five different audio modes to adjust the sound power and clarity.
At its core lies a Cortex-A53 quad-core processor, paired with 1GB of RAM and 8GB internal storage. Other features include a TV app store that allows you to download your favourite applications and M.Cast feature to cast videos from smartphones to the TV screen. In terms of connectivity, the Daiwa D42E50S ships with multiple ports such as 3x HDMI, 2x USB, AV in, and TFT card slot, and wireless connectivity options including Wi-Fi.
The Daiwa D42E50S smart TV has been in India at Rs 18,990 and is available for sale on leading retail stores and online stores such as Amazon and Paytm. Daiwa is also giving one year extended warranty to customers who register their product on My Daiwa app.
