The Dizo Star 500 and the Dizo Star 300 feature phones have been launched in India today. For those who are unaware, Dizo is a sub-brand of Realme, which made its debut last month with the launch of the Dizo GoPods D and the Dizo Wireless. The Dizo Star 500 and the Dizo Star 300 are not only the first set of phones from Dizo but also the first feature phones under Realme. Both the feature phones have basic functionalities just like other feature phones in the market. The Dizo Start 500 will compete with the likes of the Nokia 110, whereas, the Dizo Star 300 will take on the likes of the Nokia 105. Dizo Star 500 and Dizo Star 300 prices in India
The Dizo Star 500 price in India is Rs 1,799, whereas, the Dizo Star 300 price in India is Rs 1,299. The Dizo Star 500 and the Dizo Star 300 will go on sale in India on July 8th from Flipkart. Dizo hasn’t confirmed the offline availability of these feature phones yet. The Dizo Star 500 is available in three colour options: Black, Silver, and Green. The Dizo Star 300 also comes in three colour variants: Black, Blue, and Green.
Dizo Star 500 specifications
The Dizo Star 500 features a 2.8-inch non-touch colour display with QVGA (320 x 240 pixels) resolution. The phone is powered by the Spreadtrum SC6531E processor, and it has 32MB RAM and 32MB internal storage. The phone runs on a proprietary OSIt has a dedicated microSD card slot that supports cards up to 64GB. The Dizo 500 has a 0.3MP camera at the rear along with an LED flash. There is no front-facing camera on offer. The Dizo Star 500 packs a 1,900mAh battery and it can be charged through its micro-USB port. Speaking of connectivity, the Dizo Star 500 has two SIM card slots with 2G support and Bluetooth v2.1.
Dizo Star 300 specifications
The Dizo Star 300 comes with a 1.77-inch display which is a non-touch colour screen with Quarter QVGA (160 x 120 pixels) resolution. The phone has a 0.08MP camera at the rear and there no camera at the front. Powering the Dizo Star 300 is the Spreadtrum SC6531E processor. The chipset is mated to 32MB of RAM and 32MB of storage. You get a microSD card slot with support for cards up to 64GB. The phone runs on a proprietary OS. The Dizo 300 packs a 2,550mAh battery. Its connectivity options include two SIM card slots, Bluetooth v2.1, and a micro-USB port.
