“Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite and Galaxy Note 10 Lite were earlier scheduled to launch in December, with their sale starting early next year”
Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite and Galaxy Note 10 Lite launch, which was previously scheduled for this month, has been pushed forward. While there is no exact date yet, an industry source close to the matter has informed 91mobiles that the Galaxy S10 Lite and Galaxy Note 10 Lite smartphones will launch in India in mid-January 2020. This comes just a day after we brought you some early Galaxy Note 10 Lite renders. Samsung was previously reported to round off the year with the launch of the Galaxy S10 Lite, Note 10 Lite and Galaxy A51. It still looks like the Galaxy A51 is on course to launch in India in December.

Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite specifications
Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite support page is already live on Samsung’s website, and going by previous leaks and rumours, it’s expected to sport a 6.69-inch punch-hole display. This is slightly bigger than the Galaxy S10e’s 5.8-inch screen. The handset is tipped to feature Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 chipset, 48-megapixel triple rear camera setup, a 32-megapixel selfie shooter, and 45W fast charging support. The Galaxy S10 Lite images are yet to be revealed, but we can tell that it’ll reportedly sport a microSD card slot and 4G LTE connectivity.
Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Lite specifications
The Galaxy Note 10 Lite, meanwhile, will feature a slightly different design than its elder sibling Galaxy Note 10 and Galaxy Note 10 Plus. The handset, as seen from the renders, will have iPhone 11-like squarish camera module instead of vertical cameras at the back. The fascia of the phone will feature a familiar centred punch-hole display. It’ll be accompanied by S Pen and will also bring back the headphone jack, which was missing on the Galaxy Note 10 series.
The handset could measure roughly 163.9 x 76 x 8.6mm and sport a 6.5-inch to 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED panel. At the Galaxy Note 10 Lite core may lie 2018’s flagship processor Exynos 9810 that rocks the Galaxy S9 series and Galaxy Note 9 smartphone. That’s all the information we can divulge at the moment.
