Xiaomi 13 ships with a compact 6.36-inch FHD+ display, a 50MP primary Sony IMX800 sensor, a 4,500mAh battery with 67W wired fast charging and there’s support for 50W wireless charging.

Xiaomi 13 has a centre-positioned punch-hole cutout for the selfie snapper and narrow bezels. The display has flat edges to the side. The speaker grille, USB Type-C port, and SIM ejector section are at the bottom. The volume rocker and power button are on the right edge. The phone has a boxy design with antenna lines on the frame.

On the back, there is a large square module that houses triple camera sensors and an LED flash. We see Leica branding within the module as well. The phone can be seen in the White colour option.

The Xiaomi 13 sports a 6.36-inch OLED display (2400×1800) with a 120Hz refresh rate, punch-hole cutout, HDR10+, and up to 1900 nits peak brightness. The phone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC with Adreno GPU for graphics, up to 12GB RAM, and up to 512GB internal storage. Running the show is Android 13-based MIUI 14 custom skin out of the box.

Connectivity options include 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS, NFC, and a USB Type-C port for charging and data sync. There is an in-display fingerprint sensor for security. The phone packs a 4,500mAh battery unit and supports 67W wired charging, 50W wireless charging, and 10W wireless reverse charging.

Xiaomi 13 features Leica triple rear camera setup that includes a 50MP Sony IMX800 primary sensor with f/1.8 aperture, Hyper OIS, and LED flash, a 10MP telephoto lens, and a 12MP ultra-wide sensor. There is a 32MP snapper on the front for selfies and video chats.
