The upcoming Flipkart Big Billion Days sale, slated to start for all users on October 10, will offer discounts of up to Rs 2,000 on ASUS ZenFone Max Pro M1 (review), while the ZenFone 5Z (review) smartphone will get a flat discount of Rs 5,000 in the sale. Moreover, the ZenFone Max Pro M1 and ZenFone 5Z buyers will get additional discounts on exchanging select Xiaomi and OnePlus smartphones, respectively. There will also be additional 10 percent instant discount on HDFC Bank credit and debit cards in the sale. As mentioned above, the Flipkart sale will start at October 5 for all users, though Flipkart Plus customers will get early access to deals.
Flipkart sale deals on ASUS ZenFone Max Pro M1
The ASUS ZenFone Max Pro M1 price in India during the Flipkart sale for the 4GB and 6GB RAM variants will be Rs 10,999 and Rs 12,999. This represents a discount of Rs 2,000 for both variants of the smartphone. As for the base 3GB RAM option, the flat discount is Rs 1,000, bringing down its price to Rs 9,999. Buyers can get instant discount of up to 10 percent on making the purchase using a HDFC Bank credit or debit card — however, Flipkart is yet to announce the maximum discount it will be providing on such transactions. Nonetheless, a ASUS statement to the media said the price difference after using the HDFC Bank cards will be limited to Rs 999.
On top of these discounts, ASUS will be offering special exchange discount to Redmi Note 4 and Redmi 4 owners upgrading to the ZenFone Max Pro M1 3GB RAM variant. The company said that with the flat discount, bank instant discount, and the exchange discount, Redmi Note 4 buyers will be able to get the variant at Rs 5,200, while Redmi 4 owner can snag it for Rs 6,000.
Flipkart sale deals on ASUS ZenFone 5Z
As for the ZenFone 5Z, buyers will get a flat discount of Rs. 5,000 on the ASUS flagship with Snapdragon 845. This flat discount will apply on all three variants of the handset — 6GB + 64GB, 6GB + 128GB, and 8GB + 256GB. The HDFC Bank discount on credit and debit cards will be applicable on this ASUS phone too, but the company has not specified yet how much the discount will be. And for customers looking to exchange their old OnePlus phones, the Flipkart sale will provide additional discount of Rs 3,000. As for the total exchange discount values, the now-defunct OnePlus One will fetch buyers Rs 5,900 while last year’s OnePlus 5T will get Rs. 14,700, with other models falling in this price bracket.
Apart from these discounts, the Flipkart sale will offer no-cost EMIs up to six months to buyers, complete mobile protection at Rs. 99, assured buyback (50 percent exchange value within eight months) at Rs. 99 to the ZenFone Max Pro M1 buyers. Similarly, the ZenFone 5Z customers will get no-cost EMIs up to 12 months, complete mobile protection at Rs. 399, and assured buyback (50 percent value on exchanging within eight months) in the five-day sale.
