Playground Games is announcing the second expansion for Forza Horizon 5 in a few hours. The game’s first expansion was launched in July 2022 and it was called Forza Horizon 5: Hot Wheels. The expansion introduced a new open world area based on Hot Wheels toy franchise and added 10 new cars featuring 2000 Hot Wheels Deora II, 2021 Hennessey Venom F5, and many others. It’s unclear what the new Forza Horizon 5 expansion will feature as Playground Games hasn’t shared any specific details yet.

Playground will reveal the second expansion of Forza Horizon 5 today at 10:30 PM IST. You can watch the reveal live on the Forza Twitch channel. The expansion is expected to bring new cars, tracks, events, races, and more. Players may also get more options to create their own tracks and events, as well as customize their cars. All details about the next Forza Horizon 5 expansion including its price will be revealed during tonight’s stream. Based on previous titles, the upcoming Forza Horizon 5 expansion could be its last. Games like Forza Horizon 2, 3, and 4 had two expansions only. That being said, developer Playground Games hasn’t really confirmed anything yet.
The next Forza title has already been revealed in June 2022 during the Xbox and Bethesda Games Showcase. The next Forza game will be Forza Motorsport and it builds upon the core features of the previous titles. The game will have improved graphics, dynamic day and night cycles, realistic damage to cars, and ray tracing effects. Forza Motorsport is set in Maple Valley with new and returning tracks including Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps, Laguna Seca Raceway, Kyalami Grand Prix Circuit, Circuit Hakone, and many others. Forza Motorsport will launch later this year for Xbox Series X|S and PC.
