- For any customer who has purchased any of the aforementioned devices within the last two years and is facing difficulties related to cameras or motherboards, Xiaomi will bear the responsibility to address and rectify these issues in accordance with the warranty.
- Customers must provide the purchase invoice of the phone at the nearest Xiaomi service centre.
- The company will offer repairs or replacements at no extra cost. This is, however, unless the company deems the issues to be beyond the warranty coverage.
- Customers need to note that rooted phones, liquid damage, tampering, or cases with physical damage will not be eligible for extended support.
