Garmin Forerunner 45 GPS running Watch has been launched in India. It can track pace and distance and VO2 levels in your body. The company says that it is specially built for those who are planning to foray into the field of running or sports. It can monitor daily steps, distance covered, calories burned and sleep. The built-in GPS is capable of tracking how far, how fast, and where users run. The Forerunner 45 features multiple sports profile like running, cycling, indoor track, treadmill, elliptical, cardio, yoga and more. 

The Garmin Forerunner 45 can monitor users stress as well as Body Battery energy. There is 24/7 built-in HR monitoring without the requirement of an additional strap. This feature lets users to focus on their mental health and plan their day. The Forerunner 45 is updated with Garmin Coach 2.0 personal running coach and users can choose the expert coach and your 5K, 10K or half marathon race goal. It comes with an incident detection feature that sends your real-time location to your emergency contacts and supports live tracking and allows connections to follow your progress.
