Garmin has launched the vivosmart 4 activity tracker in India. This new fitness band comes with a slim new design and can track daily activities, including number of steps taken and sleep quality. It features a wrist-based Pulse Ox sensor that allows users’ to gauge their blood oxygen saturation levels at night to better understand sleep quality. The Body Battery feature is claimed to estimate the user’s body energy resources to suggest the optimal time for activity and rest.

The Garmin vivosmart 4 features advanced sleep monitoring with REM sleep, fitness and health monitoring tools including wrist-based heart rate, an all-day stress tracking, and relaxation breathing timer. The fitness tracker also includes dedicated activity timers for walks, runs, strength, training, yoga, swimming and more. Users can also get alerts for notifications including calls, text messages, and social media notifications as well. The battery is claimed to last up to seven days without the Pulse Ox sleep tracking. The Garmin vívosmart 4 is priced at Rs 12,990 and is available through Garmin Brand Store-Bangalore and Helios Watch Stores across India.
