Google has started sending invites for this year’s hardware event. This event is where the Google Pixel Watch and the Google Pixel 7 series: Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro, will see the light. The company officially showed both – The Pixel Watch and Pixel 7 series – at the Google I/O event earlier this year and said there’ll be an event in the fall. This announcement comes a day before Apple’s Far Out event, where the Cupertino giant will take wraps off from its iPhone 14 series.

Google will introduce the Pixel 7 series and Pixel Watch on October 6th at 10 AM ET (7:30 PM for India). You can sign up for updates from Google and add the event to your calendar. In a 10-second chip shared by Google on Twitter, we can see the Google Pixel Watch, Google Pixel 7 lineup phones, and Google Pixel Buds Pro look-a-like earbuds, which could be a brand new earbud from Google or the Google Pixel Buds Pro.
The Pixel 7 series smartphones were up for sale on eBay before launch, and buyers shared pictures of the devices. Recently someone posted an unboxing video of the Google Pixel 7 Pro’s retail box and managed to boot the phone running on Android 13 OS. Google Pixel 7 official product page reveals the Tensor G2 chip will power the device and will “bring even more helpful, personalized features to photos, videos, security, and speech recognition.”
Thanks to previous reports, we know what we can expect from the upcoming Pixel Watch, which someone left at a restaurant. While the smartwatch didn’t boot up or disclose its specifications and features, it gave us a rough idea of the size of the Pixel Watch and how it looks on the wrist. Things will be crystal clear on October 6th, when Google officially unveils these Pixel products.
