HMD Skyline could be the brand’s upcoming premium mid-range offering. An alleged phone render from last month showed the iconic Nokia Lumia 920-inspired design. Now, another render of the handset has surfaced online, courtesy of a listing from a Belgian retailer. These images offer a closer look at how close the HMD Skyline will get to looking similar to the Nokia Lumia 920.
HMD Skyline launch could be nearing
- The leaked image from a Belgian retailer (now deleted) shows a design that is almost similar to the Nokia Lumia days.
- We can see a boxy chassis with sharp edges to the corner and rounded edges on the sides. This is reminiscent of Lumia’s Fabula design.
- We see a rectangular module on the back and this houses triple sensors and an LED flash. There is also an HMD logo as well.
- The HMD Skyline can be seen in Pink colour but tipster Sudhanshu Ambhore has also shared it Black variant.
- The volume rocker and power button are on the right edge.

HMD Skyline: what do we know so far?
The HMD Skyline has appeared on the Geekbench platform recently. This confirmed the marketing name of the phone and has managed to score 1027 points and 2857 points on the single-core and multi-core tests, respectively.
The listing suggests it will be powered by an octa-core processor with a peak clock speed of 2.40GHz. The chipset could be the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chipset and will be paired with 8GB RAM. This is the same SoC found on the Moto Edge 50 Fusion, POCO X6, and others. The Geekbench platform shows the HMD Skyline will boot Android 14 OS out of the box.
The handset is tipped to sport an FHD+ OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The handset might feature a 108MP primary camera, an ultra-wide sensor, and a macro/depth lens. There could be a 32MP shooter on the front for selfies and video chats. Leaks suggest the HMD Skyline will pack a 4,900mAh battery with 33W fast charging technology. The handset could come with an IP67 dust and water resistance rating.
