“The Honor 20 flagship Moschino Edition could feature a modified rear design“
Honor earlier this year announced a partnership with Italian fashion house Moschino for the launch of Honor View 20 Moschino Edition that came with custom red colour design. Now, the brand might be following the same trend for its Honor 20 series, that is set to launch on May 21st at an event in London. The special edition will have Moschino-theme pre-installed, a custom-designed box-packaging, carry bag, and a back case. To further extend the partnership, the Honor 20 Moschino Edition could feature a modified rear design and internal upgrades.
Talking about the specifications, the high-end Honor P20 Pro is rumoured to be powered by the company’s flagship Kirin 980 chipset and is likely to come in three configurations – 6GB RAM + 128GB, 8GB RAM + 128GB, and 8GB RAM + 256GB. On the software front, the phone will boot EMUI 9.0 based on Android 9.0 Pie out of the box. It is said to have a 3,650mAh battery with 22.5W fast charge support. The handset is expected to pack a quad-camera setup at the rear with Sony IMX600 as the primary sensor. The Huawei P30’s night mode is likely to make a return.
On the other hand, the Honor 20 is expected to sport a 6.1-inch OLED display with a waterdrop notch and will reportedly have an in-display fingerprint sensor. The handset has been tipped to pack a 32MP front-facing camera and feature a triple rear camera setup with the 48MP primary sensor, a 20MP super-wide-angle lens, and an 8MP telephoto lens. The smartphone is expected to support 3x optical zoom and will likely run on Android 9.0 Pie-based EMUI out of the box. Rumours suggest that Honor 20 series will start at a price tag of RMB 2,999 (about Rs 30,800) for the 6GB RAM + 128 GB storage.
