“So far, the company had only confirmed the Android Q update for the Honor 20 series phones”

Honor 8X and Honor 10 Android Q updates have been officially confirmed for users in India. In a reply to the tweets of some Honor 8X and Honor 10 users on Twitter, the company’s Indian handle has provided the information regarding the next software update for these phones. Unfortunately, the brand hasn’t confirmed when exactly it is planning to release the new update. However, we can expect the Honor 8X and Honor 10 to be the first of the Honor devices to get it after Google releases the final build of Android Q. So far, the Chinese tech giant had only confirmed the Android Q update for the Honor 20 series phones.

In the replying tweet, Honor India said that “Thank you for showing your interest for Android Q. We would like to inform you that our software team has already evaluated and confirmed the compatibility of Android Q upgrade with Honor 8X / Honor 10”. Unfortunately, no other details were provided by the Chinese tech giant.
