Huawei has added its three more devices in the list to get the latest EMUI 9 update. The Huawei models, which are to receive the update – Honor 8X, Mate 20 lite (Maimang 7 in China market) and the Huawei nova 3i. The users of the models can manually upgrade the update by following the steps -opening [Member Service] or [Services] APP – Service – Upgrade.
Prior to this month, the manufacturer had announced that its Mate 9, Mate 9 Porsche Design, Mate 9 Pro, P10, P10 Plus, Glory V9, Glory 9, Nova 2s – these eight models will receive the EMUI 9.0 update by the end of February and on March 1st it was successfully released. Yesterday it had added more three aforementioned devices in the list of smartphones getting the update.
The latest update supports China Telecom VoLTE that allows users to make calls in the mid of playing a game with more precision. The response speed is increased by 25.8% and application startup time is reduced to 102 ms with the introduction of EMUI 9 update’s underlying compilation and AI precision prediction technology.
In addition to these, operation fluency is also increased by 12.9%. Moreover, EMUI 9.0 is integrated with GPU Turbo 2.0 technology that optimises the mobile games graphical performance using an AI game scene, which in turn also improve the game fluency. Last but not the least with the help of its intelligent temperature control system it can also prevent the handset from overheating.
