Honor 9X Pro’s alleged spec sheet leaked; four rear cameras in tow

“Just like the 8X, the Honor 9X Pro will reportedly come with a large screen up front”

Honor is working on the successor to the last year’s Honor 8X (first impressions) smartphone. The brand is expected to launch two new devices allegedly called the Honor 9X and 9X Pro. While the former was recently certified by Eurasian, the latter appeared on 3C certification’s website. Now, the complete spec sheet of the Honor 9X Pro has been leaked on the interwebs that suggests that it will be a powerful mid-range offering.

According to a tipster on Twitter, the Honor 9X Pro could feature a display with a size ranging from 6.5-inch to 6.7-inch. The phone will have an LCD screen panel with a punch-hole design, and a 3D glass panel on the back. The handset is said to flaunt a 48MP Sony IMX 586 primary camera at the rear. The main shooter will be accompanied by an 8MP wide-angle lens, along with a 2MP macro sensor and a 2MP depth snapper. On the front, the handset is mentioned to come with a 25MP selfie camera. Under the hood, the smartphone is expected to be among the first devices to ship with the new Kirin 810 chipset. Lastly, the leak suggests that the device will feature a 4,000mAh battery with 20W fast charging support.

While there’s no exact launch date, the Honor 9X Pro is expected to be launched alongside the Honor 9X at some point after August or September. While there’s no confirmation about the pricing, considering the 8X is a mid-range smartphone, we can expect its successor to target the similar price segment.
