“The Honor Holly 4 features 3GB RAM and a 3,020mAh battery”
Huawei sub-brand Honor launched the Holly 3 in October last year and followed it with the launch of Holly 3+ earlier this year. Now, just in time for the festive season in India, the handset maker has gone ahead and launched the Holly 4 in the country. The Holly series of handsets are targeted at the VFM segment of the smartphone market.
On the fascia, the new device comes with a 5-inch display with a resolution of 1,280 x 720 pixels. At its core, the smartphone has an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 chipset processor mated to 3GB RAM for performance. Out of the box, the smartphone offers 32GB of internal storage, which can be further expanded up to 128GB using a microSD card. Coming to the optics, there is a 13-megapixel rear camera accompanied by an LED flash and phase detection autofocus. The camera app offers modes like timelapse, slow motion, pro video and pro picture. For selfies, you get a 5-megapixel sensor in the front. The device sips the power required to run from a 3,020mAh battery. The fingerprint scanner on the rear panel also doubles up as multifunctional button that can be used to perform tasks like swiping through images in the gallery, stopping an alarm, answering a call and taking photos, among others.
P Sanjeev, Vice President – Sales, Huawei Consumer Business Group India, commented on the launch saying, “Holly 4 is part of our festive offering to consumers wanting to buy a great device in a budget. Sporting a sleek, elegant metallic design with a fast fingerprint sensor we are confident that this smartphone will be a big winner.”
The Holly 4 is being offered in three hues – Grey, Gold and Silver. It will be available at all Honor partner stores for a price of Rs 11,999 starting today.
