Honor X10 mid-range phone is scheduled to break cover on May 20th in China. Now, ahead of the announcement, the handset’s 90Hz screen refresh rate and 180Hz touch sampling rate has been confirmed through a new teaser poster. This poster also reiterates that the Honor X10 will have 5G connectivity. While the marketing image doesn’t reveal much about the phone, we already know a good deal about it, thanks to leaks and rumours. It is said to ship with the Kirin 820 5G chipset and a 6.6-inch full-HD+ IPS LCD display. The Honor X10 is likely to boot Android 10 OS sans Google Mobile Services.
Separately, the Honor X10 price has been leaked online. The image shows the 4GB RAM + 128GB model will be priced at RMB 2,299 (around Rs 24,500), 6GB RAM + 128GB will cost RMB 2,599 (approx Rs 27,600), and the 8GB + 256GB will set you back by RMB 3,199 (around Rs 34,000). The image reveals the phone will indeed arrive with Kirin 820 SoC, dual-mode 5G connectivity with nine major bands and 40MP RYYB high-sensitivity photography lens. Since the legitimacy of the leak can’t be confirmed just yet, we suggest you take this with a pinch of salt.
As for the other specifications, the Honor X10 is tipped to feature a 4,200mAh battery with 22.5W fast-charging support. While it’s not confirmed, it could have a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for security and boast a punch-hole design to accommodate the selfie camera. Since the launch is just a few days away from now, we should learn more about the Honor X10 going forward. Stick around.
