“Xiaomi backed Huami previously launched Amazfit Stratos and BIP in India”
The Xiaomi backed fitness brand, Huami marked its debut in India market with the launch of Amazfit BIP and Stratos smartwatches earlier this year. The debut devices from the company flaunted multi-sport fitness tracking, heart-rate sensors, built-in GPS and rugged designs as their highlights. Now, Huami has gone ahead and expanded its Amazfit portfolio with the launch of two more devices – Pace and Cor.
Speaking of the Amazfit Pace, it’s a smartwatch sporting a 1.23-inch IPS LCD colour touch display with 2.5D Gorilla glass protection. The device is certified IP67, which means it can easily withstand dust, rain, splashing, and accidental submersion. The smartwatch comes with features like built-in GPS, GLONASS, optical heart rate sensor, and compatibility with both iOS and Android. The Amazfit Pace can also be used to track distance, time, pace, calories, speed, elevation, and sleep. Once paired with a smartphone, you can also check notifications from your apps on the smartwatch. According to the brand, the device offers 11 days of battery life on a single charge.
Coming to the Amazfit Cor, it is more of a fitness band than a smartwatch. It features the same display as the Amazfit Pace and 50m of water resistance. The Amazfit Cor is designed to track your daily steps count, distance travelled, calories burned, heart rate, sleep quality and exercises. Apart from this, the fitness tracker can display seven days’ weather forecast, alarms, timer and has a stopwatch. The fitness band also flaunts cross compatibility with both Android and iOS, and can display notifications. The device is rated to offer 12 days of battery life on a single charge.
Both Amazfit Pace and Cor are exclusive to Amazon India and are already up for grabs on the website. The Amazfit Pace will set you back by Rs 9,999, whereas, the Cor retails for Rs 3,999.
