- The smartphone may launch with the MediaTek Dimensity 800 5G SoC
- 90Hz refresh rate and 48MP camera also tipped
Huawei Enjoy Z mid-range smartphone is all set to go official on May 24th in China and is expected to be the cheapest 5G phone from the brand. Now, ahead of the announcement, promotional renders of the Huawei Enjoy Z have surfaced online, courtesy Chinese leakster Digital Chat Station. In addition to the images, the tipster also posted key Huawei Enjoy Z specifications, which includes a 90Hz display, MediaTek Dimensity 800 SoC, and more. While it was initially speculated to be a rebrand of the Honor X10, it doesn’t seem to be the case anymore as the design looks totally different.
Huawei Enjoy Z design
Huawei Enjoy Z has a waterdrop notch up front to house the selfie camera and slim bezels on all corners. The volume rocker and power on/off switch are on the right side of the frame and the fingerprint sensor could be embedded in the power button. It has triple cameras at the back arranged vertically and an LED flash. The Huawei Enjoy Z will arrive in at least three colours, including Black, Blue and Pink.
Huawei Enjoy Z specifications
Huawei Enjoy Z is said to come in two models, one supporting 90Hz refresh rate, while the standard version offering a typical 60Hz panel. The phone is rumoured to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 800 SoC instead of the company’s HiSilicon Kirin SoC. The tipster says the triple camera setup will include a 48MP primary sensor. Unfortunately, not much else is known about the Huawei Enjoy Z at the moment, but with the launch just a few days away from now, we don’t have to wait much longer to know more.
