Huawei has officially unveiled the mid-range MediaPad T5 tablet in India, as expected. It comes with a massive 10.1-inch full HD display with Eye Comfort mode, features a metal unibody anti-fall design, and is powered by the octa-core Kirin 659 series chipset paired with up to 3GB of RAM and 32GB expandable storage. The tablet runs on Android 8.0 Oreo with EMUI 8.0 and packs dual speakers for the immersive audio experience.

HUAWEI MediaPad T5 2GB + 16GB variant is priced at Rs 14,990 while the 3GB + 32GB sets you back by Rs 16,990. As an introductory offer, Huawei is offering a free flip cover and Huawei Earphone AM12 worth Rs 2,998 for free. The MediaPad T5 will be available in Black colour via starting July 10th.

The Huawei MediaPad T5 sports a 10.1-inch full HD display with 1,200 X 1,920 pixels display and is powered by the in-house 2.36GHz octa-core Kirin 659 with MaliT830-MP2 GPU. The Huawei MediaPad T5 will be available in two variants — 2GB + 16GB and 3GB + 32GB storage that is further expandable up to 256GB. It runs on Android 8.0 Oreo with EMUI 8.0. The tablet comes with parental controls to set usage limits and customise content.

In terms of optics, the Huawei MediaPad T5 features a single 5MP autofocus rear camera with f/2.4 aperture and a 2MP front camera with f/2.4 aperture for selfies and video chats. It measures 243 x 164 x 7.6mm, weighs 460 grams, and packs Huawei Histen sound effect. Connectivity features include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth 4.2 LE, and GPS. A 5,100mAh battery fuels the tablet.
