More live images of the Huawei Nova 2S surface, show off dual cameras on both front and rear

Huawei is all set to unveil its next Nova series smartphone called the Nova 2S at an event on December 7th. Ahead of the unveiling, we have seen quite a few leaks and reports regarding the device. Recently, a couple of live images of the Nova 2S had hit the interwebs alongside its specifications. Now a handful of more purported live photos of the device have surfaced online, revealing the phone’s design from all angles.

As seen in the photos, the Huawei Nova 2S will feature a metal and glass sandwich design. The phone’s display will have an aspect ratio of 18:9, and a fingerprint sensor located below the screen. The handset will come with a dual camera setup at both the front and rear. The device appears to have a 3.5mm headphone jack, a speaker grille at the bottom and a USB Type-C port. The volume rocker and power button of the handset will be located on the right side.

According to the earlier reports, the Huawei Nova 2S will flaunt a 6-inch display bearing full HD+ resolution and an aspect ratio of 18:9. The phone will allegedly be powered by the brand’s in-house Kirin 960 processor, mated to 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. There will also be a higher-end model of the handset with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. The phone is expected to boot EMUI 8.0 skinned Android 8.0 Oreo out of the box.

Reports indicate that the Huawei Nova 2S will sport a 20-megapixel primary shooter at the rear, accompanied by a 16-megapixel secondary snapper. On the front, it is expected to offer pair of 20-megapixel selfie cameras. In terms of connectivity, you can expect 4G LTE, VoLTE (voice over LTE), dual-SIM slots, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and NFC.

The rumour mill suggests that the Huawei Nova 2S will be priced around Rs 25,500 for the 4GB variant and around Rs 29,000 for the higher-end 6GB model. We will have its official price later this week, so do keep an eye out.
