Huawei Y9 2019 with 6.5-inch display and HiSilicon Kirin 710 SoC goes official

Huawei has unveiled its latest Y series smartphone called the Y9 2019. The smartphone comes as a mid-range offering with the HiSilicon Kirin 710 processor. The company’s latest offering has been equipped with a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor, which is capable of unlocking the smartphone within just 0.3 seconds, as per the brand.


Talking about the other specs, the Huawei Y9 2019 offers a 6.5.inch FHD+ display with a 2.5D curved screen on top. The HiSilicon Kirin 710 SoC under the hood is aided by two RAM and storage variants – 4GB+64GB and 6GB+128GB. The camera features of the smartphone include a dual 16MP+2MP snappers at the rear, aided by a dual 13MP+2MP shooters setup on the front.

The connectivity features of the Huawei Y9 2019 include 4G LTE, dual-SIM slots, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GPS. A 4,000mAh battery completes the list of the specs. The smartphone comes in Midnight Black, Blue Swarovski, and Aurora Purple Hue. There’s no word regarding the handset’s pricing at the moment.
