Hyve Pryme with 5.7-inch full HD display and deca-core Helio X20 processor launched for Rs 17,999

Hyve Mobility has launched its flagship smartphone in India dubbed the Hyve Pryme. The launch of the Pryme makes Hyve Mobility the first Indian brand to launch a smartphone with the Helio X20 processor. 


The Hyve Pryme sports a unibody metal design along with a 5.7-inch full HD IPS capacitive display with 2.5D curved glass. As mentioned earlier, the smartphone features a deca-core MediaTek Helio X20 processor clocked at 2.3GHz with a tri-cluster CPU architecture. The company claims that this configuration allows the Pryme to get improved battery performance up to 30 percent. The dual-SIM smartphone is furnished with 4GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage, which can be further expanded up to 200GB via a microSD card.

In the camera department, the Pryme offers users a 13MP primary camera with dual-LED flash and 4K video recording. There’s also an 8MP secondary camera with a selfie flash. Fuelled by a 3,500mAh battery, the Pryme features a USB Type-C port with fast charging capabilities. The device features an IR Blaster, a fingerprint sensor, VoLTE support and runs Android Marshmallow.

Interested buyers will have to shell out Rs 17,999 for the Hyve Pryme which will come in a single champagne colour. Buyers will also get two years of accidental protection warranty with the device. The smartphone will be available for sale exclusively on Amazon with pre-registrations starting from November 20th.
