Earlier this month, Intex released the Aqua 3G Neo for Rs 3,690. Now the company has added yet another entry-level device to its portfolio in the form of the Intex Aqua V5. The brand has listed the phone on its website for Rs 2,825, but hasn’t revealed when the device will go on sale. At this price tag, it is one of the most affordable 3G-enabled Android phones in India.
Coming to the specs, the Intex Aqua V5 offers a 3.5-inch TFT display with a resolution of 320 x 480 pixels and runs Android KitKat. The phone is powered by a 1GHz single-core Spreadtrum SC7715A processor, aided by a paltry 256MB of RAM. The device offers 512MB of internal storage, which users can further increase up to 32GB via a microSD card. It sports a 2MP rear camera with an LED flash, and a 0.3MP front snapper. In addition to 3G, the other connectivity options include dual-SIM slots, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and micro-USB. The phone is fuelled by a 1,100mAh battery that promises to deliver four hours of talk time and 200 hours of standby time. It will be available in black, white, and black with grey variants.
The Intex Aqua 3G Neo that was launched earlier this month offers a 4-inch display with a resolution of 480 x 800 pixels. The phone comes with a 1.2GHz quad-core processor, 512MB of RAM, 4GB of expandable memory, 2MP/0.3MP cameras, 3G, and a 1,500mAh battery.
