Chinese smartphone brand LeEco, which once ruled Indians for offering affordable yet premium-looking smartphones, has launched a new smartphone – LeEco S1 Pro – in China. It looks like a clone of the high-end iPhone 14 Pro with a similar Dynamic Island feature. However, it is said to be an affordable smartphone. Let us take a closer look at the smartphone and see how similar it is compared to the iPhone 14 Pro, which was launched last year with a new design.

The smartphone has a pill-shaped notch in the front that mimics the look and feel of the well-known Dynamic Island feature, which is available in iPhone 14 Pro models. The pill allegedly has interaction capabilities similar to Dynamic Island feature. Meanwhile, the camera island on the back also appears to be a copy of the iPhone 14 Pro, with the well-known three-camera design. The power and volume keys are placed on the right edge, and the SIM slot is on the left. A speaker grille, a mic and a charging jack are placed on the bottom edge.

In terms of display, the smartphone comes with a 6.5–inch LCD display with a 60Hz refresh rate. The smartphone has a triple rear camera design at its back, but it is equipped with a single 13MP primary camera. It has a 5MP selfie camera located at the pill-shaped notch. The smartphone is powered by a 12 nm Zhanrui T7510 chipset paired with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The smartphone houses a 5,000mAh battery with 10W charging.

According to a report by The Phone Talks, the LeEco S1 Pro is launched in China in a single storage variant – 8GB+128GB. It is priced at CNY 899 (approx Rs 10,887) and will be available in two colour options – Titanium Black and Blue.
