“Apple is expected to take the wraps off the iPhone 9/ SE 2 on March 31st”
The low-cost iPhone 9/ SE 2, which is expected to launch next month, has now allegedly surfaced on a leaked hands-on video. Unfortunately, this video has turned out to be fake. The said video claims to reveal the ‘mint green’ iPhone 9 with the same form factor as the iPhone 8, but with a squared-off design reminiscent of the iPhone 4, which doesn’t match with the OnLeaks renders. This video surfaced on and was made viral by short-video platform TikTok and was taken up by certain media houses as well. Although there are many red flags over here, we can now say with confidence that this video is fake.
Twitter user and YouTuber @EverythingApplePro shared a chat with the person who made the housing himself. This chat makes it clear that this is just a clone device that is running a skin on top of Android.
Fake. From the man himself who made this housing. pic.twitter.com/xN1F8GGIpq

iPhone 9 price, specifications
Going by the previous leaks and rumours, the handset will be powered by Apple A13 Bionic chipset. The phone is tipped to sport a 4.7-inch display, 3GB of RAM, and 64GB/ 128GB native storage. The handset will most likely boot iOS 13 out of the box. The iPhone 9 will reportedly be priced at $399 (~Rs 28,500) in the US and available in as many as five colour options, per a render leak. While it’s not confirmed yet, the phone is rumoured to launch on March 31st. That’s all the information we can divulge at the moment.
