Powering the iPhone Duo is Apple’s latest A20 Pro chipset, also used on the iPhone 18 Pro models. It has a 48MP Dual Fusion rear camera setup featuring a main sensor and an ultra-wide lens. There’s a 12MP Center Stage front camera on the iPhone Duo and an under-display FaceTime camera when you unfold the device. On the software front, the iPhone Duo runs iOS 27.1 and comes with Apple Intelligence features.
In terms of battery life, the iPhone Duo is said to deliver up to 31 hours of video playback on the inner display and up to 44 hours on the outer display.
Apple has also listed the repair costs for the iPhone Duo in India. The inner display will cost Rs 1,49,900 to repair, while the outer display and back glass will cost Rs 55,900. The iPhone Duo is clearly a luxury item, especially in India. It’s specifically for Apple enthusiasts or those who can afford to purchase the iPhone Duo. Competing foldables like the Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra and Vivo X Fold6 are available, but for those who want to experience Apple’s first foldable and iOS on this new form factor, the iPhone Duo would be the likely choice.
