It’s been a long time since we have been waiting for the 5G iPhone SE, popularly known as iPhone SE 3. It’s pretty much confirmed that Apple will be the launching the next-generation iPhone SE on March 8th at the “Peek Performance” event. But, still, there’s no confirmation from Apple’s end, of course. Now, a recent report from iMore suggests that iPhone SE 3 will be releasing on March 10th. The outlet spotted a listing for Protective Glass Film for Belkin iPhone SE on Amazon Japan. The listing shows the case is scheduled to release on March 10th.
The iPhone SE 3 tempered glass from Belkin confirms that the upcoming iPhone would retain the same design as the last generation iPhone SE. So expect big bezels and fingerprint sensor to make a comeback yet again. Further, the tempered screen guard shares its item number with the iPhone 8 ScreenForce Tempered Glass Screen Protector, implying that it would come with the same old design.
Earlier this week, we at 91mobiles spotted the iPhone SE 3 and next-gen iPad Air on Asia’s leading carrier’s website. The metadata for these product pages mentions “fifth-generation iPad Air,” while the upcoming budget iPhone is mentioned as “iPhone SE.”
The iPhone SE is expected to come with a familiar design. If rumors are to be believed, it would be powered by the A15 Bionic chipset, giving Apple’s cheapest iPhone 5G capabilities. According to a recent report, the upcoming iPhone SE 3 could launch for $399 (around Rs 23,000).
Well, it’s highly unlikely that we would be getting it for anywhere Rs 20,000 in India. But we can expect it to be cheaper than the 2020 iPhone SE if the upcoming iPhone SE launches with a price tag around Rs 30,000.
