The iQOO 5 and iQOO 5 Pro have been announced with high-end specifications, including the Snapdragon 865 SoC and 120Hz display. The phones come with a premium design language that includes a punch-hole screen. iQOO 5 price

iQOO 5 price in China starts at RMB 3,998 (approx Rs 43,200) for the 8GB + 128GB variant. The 12GB + 128GB and 12GB + 256GB variants are priced at RMB 4,298 (approx Rs 46,400) and RMB 4,598 (approx Rs 49,700 ), respectively. The iQOO 5 Pro will be available at RMB 4,998 (approx Rs 54,000) for the 8GB + 256GB and RMB 5,498 (approx Rs 59,400) for the 12GB + 256GB model.

iQOO 5 specifications

The iQOO 5 sports a 6.56-inch full HD+ AMOLED display with 2,376 x 1,080 pixels resolution, 92.6 per cent screen to body ratio, punch-hole cutout at the top left corner, curved edges, a 120Hz refresh rate with 240Hz touch sampling rate, HDR10+, and 100 per cent DCI-P3 colour gamut support. The phone is powered by the Snapdragon 865 SoC coupled with Adreno 650 GPU, up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM, and 256GB UFS 3.1 storage that isn’t expandable. The handset runs Android 10 OS with the company’s iQOO U.I 1.5 layer Multi-Turbo 4.0 for gaming, vapour chamber for heat dissipation and aptX HD support.

As for the cameras, the iQOO 5 will have a 50MP primary camera, a 13MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 13MP lens. It has a 20x zoom support, night mode, pro mode, etc. There is a 16MP snapper on the front for selfies and video chats. The phone features an in-display fingerprint sensor for security and 120db Hi-Fidelity, Hi-Res Audio. iQOO 5 Pro specifications

The iQOO 5 Pro retains most of the similar specifications, including a 120Hz refresh rate, Snapdragon 865 SoC coupled with up to 12GB RAM, and 256GB storage. However, the iQOO 5 Pro gets the super fast 120W charging solution but a smaller 4,000mAh battery as compared to the regular iQOO 5. The phone also gets an 8MP periscope lens in place of the 13MP lens. The periscope lens offers 60x zoom and 5x optical zoom support. The handset gets the TUV Rheinland certification for safe fast charging.
