iQOO Neo 7, POCO X5 Pro price range in India tipped ahead of launch

While the iQOO Neo 7 launch date in India is February 16th, POCO is yet to reveal the exact X5 Pro launch date. The POCO X5 Pro is touted to be a rebrand of the Redmi Note 12 Speed Edition that debuted in China.  The iQOO Neo 7 debuted in China and according to Yogesh, the specifications will slightly differ in India. The POCO X5 Pro will come with the same specifications as the Redmi Note 12 Speed Edition.

iQOO Neo 7 price in India is expected to be between Rs 28,000 and Rs 30,000. On the other hand, the POCO X5 Pro will cost between Rs 23,000 and Rs 25,000 in India.

iQOO Neo 7 specifications

iQOO Neo 7 sports a 6.78-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 19.8:9 aspect ratio, HDR10+, 360Hz touch sampling rate, 2000Hz instant touch sampling rate, 1.07 billion colours, DCI-P3 colour gamut, and up to 1500nits brightness. Running the show is the Mediatek Dimensity 9000+ SoC with Mali-G710 MC10 GPU, up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB UFS 3.1 storage. However, Yogesh says the Indian version might come with MediaTek Dimensity 8200. The phone runs on Android 13 with OriginOS Ocean.

The iQOO Neo 7 has triple cameras on the back, comprising a 50MP camera with a 1/1.56″ Sony IMX766V sensor, f/1.88 aperture, OIS, LED flash, an 8MP ultra-wide camera with f/2.2 aperture, and a 2MP macro camera with f/2.4 aperture. However, the Indian version might come with a 64MP unit. There is a 16MP snapper on the front for selfies and video chats.

The phone is equipped with an in-display fingerprint sensor for security, an infrared sensor, stereo speakers, and USB Type-C audio. Connectivity options include 5G SA/NSA, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS/GLONASS, USB Type-C, and NFC. The iQOO Neo 7 packs a 5,000mAh battery with 120W fast charging support.

POCO X5 Pro specifications

The POCO X5 Pro is rumoured to be a rebrand of the POCO X5 Pro. This means the phone is likely to sport a 6.67-inch FHD+ OLED panel with 1080×2400 pixels resolution, up to 120Hz adaptive refresh rate, and HDR10+ support. The handset will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G SoC paired with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB storage that is further expandable via a microSD card.

The POCO X5 Pro packs a 5,000mAh battery with 67W fast charging support. Connectivity features include 5G, 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and a USB Type-C port for charging. The phone is equipped with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for security, Hi-Res audio, and an IR blaster.

As for the cameras, the POCO X5 Pro will have a 108MP primary sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 2MP macro shooter. There is a 16MP snapper on the front for selfies and video chats.
