After rumours and leaks, iQOO has finally revealed the launch date of the iQOO Neo 8 series in China. The official poster image shows the phone in a dual-tone design, with a camera island having a Carbon fibre finish.

The iQOO Neo 8 series will launch in China on May 23rd at 19:00 local time. The event should be live-streamed on the iQOO China website for those interested to watch it live.
This also confirms the phone will come with the V1+ chipset and MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ SoC. The iQOO 8 series is expected to have two models: the iQOO Neo 8 and iQOO Neo 8 Pro. If rumours are to be believed, we might also see the iQOO Pad tablet launching on the same stage. The iQOO Neo 8 series will succeed the iQOO Neo 7.

- Display: The iQOO Neo 8 Pro is said to feature a 6.78-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a punch-hole cutout.

- RAM and Storage: The iQOO Neo 8 series is tipped to pack up to 16GB RAM and up to 512GB storage.
- OS: The upcoming iQOO phones are expected to boot the latest Android 13 OS out of the box.

- Battery: The phones are tipped to feature a 5,000mAh battery with 120W fast charging support over a USB Type-C charging port.
