
iQOO Z10 is launching in India on April 11th and the iQOO Z10x will tag along as well. The iQOO Z10 is confirmed to feature a large 7,300mAh battery, which is the biggest in the country yet. Despite the massive battery capacity, the iQOO Z10 measures just 7.89mm in thickness. Now, the brand has detailed the tech behind the battery innovation. Here’s what we know.
iQOO Z10 battery tech
- The iQOO Z10 will use the Silicon-Carbon Anode battery technology.
- This is said to offer 15.7 percent higher energy density than traditional graphite batteries and also enables a larger capacity battery to fit in a slimmer form factor.
- The ‘Carbon Nanotubes’ are said to enhance the energy density and lifespan with a honeycomb structure.

- The ‘Electrode Reshaping Technology’ will improve stability and longevity by minimising volume expansion. Meanwhile, the Nano Cage Structure is said to prevent silicon expansion.
- The 7,300mAh battery on the iQOO Z10 will be paired with 90W fast wired charging support.
- The Laser Etching Technology is claimed to enhance the charging efficiency by increasing anode surface area.
iQOO Z10: what do we know so far?
- The iQOO Z10 is confirmed to come with a quad-curved AMOLED display, 5,000 nits peak brightness, and a centre-placed punch-hole cutout for the selfie snapper.
- The handset will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 chipset paired with Adreno GPU. It is claimed to score over 8,20,000 in the AnTuTu benchmark.
- The handset will be available in Stellar Black and Glacier Silver colours.
The iQOO Z10 price in India is teased to be under Rs 22,000. It is reported that the iQOO Z10 will cost Rs 21,999 for the base 128GB version. There will be a Rs 2,000 bank offer, which brings down to effective price to Rs 19,999. To recall, the iQOO Z9 was priced at Rs 19,999. We should know more details in the days to come.
