The handset will come as a successor to the iQOO Z5 from last year. 91mobiles has exclusively revealed the design of the phone through a render image along with some key specifications. The phone is expected to come with triple cameras on the back and multiple colour options. The handset will arrive with Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 chipset, compared to the Snapdragon 778G on the iQOO Z5. The iQOO Z6 5G features a 5,000mAh battery, a 120Hz IPS LCD display, a 50MP primary camera and 5-layer liquid cooling support to lower the temperature during gaming.

iQOO Z6 5G launch event time, how to watch online

As for the specifications, the iQOO Z6 5G sports a 6.58-inch FHD+ display with a DCI-P3 colour gamut, 90.61 percent screen to body ratio, and 120Hz refresh rate. It will be powered by the Snapdragon 695 chipset, which enables 5G support. The phone could pack up to 8GB RAM and up to 256GB internal storage that could be further expandable via a microSD card. It is likely to run on Android 11-based iQOO UI custom skin out of the box.

The phone will be equipped with a five-layer 1445mm-square vapour chamber system that is claimed to reduce the surface temperature by about 3-degree centigrade and for about 10-degree centigrade during intensive gaming. It will have a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for security. The handset packs a 5000mAh battery but the fast charging details are yet to be revealed.

As for the cameras, the iQOO Z6 is said to come with triple cameras on the back, with a 50MP primary sensor with Eye AF. However, details regarding the other two lenses are unknown at the moment. It is said to measure 8.25mm and 186 grams.

According to the Amazon listing, the iQOO Z6 5G is said to be the fastest 5G phone in the Rs 15,000 to Rs 18,000 segment. This means you can expect the phone to arrive with a starting price of Rs 15,999 or Rs 17,999 in the country.
