The iQOO Z9 Turbo+ launch date has been officially revealed after weeks of leaks and rumours. iQOO also revealed key specifications like its chipset and battery details. The iQOO Z9 Turbo+ will offer more performance-focused hardware than the iQOO Z9 Turbo, which launched in China earlier this year in April. iQOO Z9 Turbo+ China launch date

The iQOO Z9 Turbo+ is confirmed to launch in China on September 24th. For now, only the China launch has been confirmed and it’s not clear if the iQOO Z9 Turbo+ will expand to other markets or not. The iQOO Z9 Turbo+ launch event is scheduled to take place at 19:00 pm China time, which would be 4:30 pm IST for Indian viewers.

  • Chipset: iQOO has confirmed the Z9 Turbo+ smartphone will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ SoC, which is the brand’s fastest chipset yet. The iQOO Z9 Turbo+ is also claimed to have scored 2,387,855 points on the AnTuTu benchmark.
  • Battery: The new iQOO smartphone will pack a 6,400mAh battery. This is not only bigger than the iQOO Z9 Turbo’s 6,000mAh battery but the biggest ever on an iQOO smartphone. 

The iQOO Z9 Turbo+ will be the latest to join the Z9 series, which already has iQOO Z9, iQOO Z9x, and iQOO Z9 Turbo. It will also be the most powerful in the lot, which means it will be priced more than the other models. In India, the iQOO Z9, iQOO Z9x, and iQOO Z9 Lite are available. 

iQOO Z9 Turbo+: what to expect

  • The iQOO Z9 Turbo+ is expected to feature a 6.78-inch 1.5K OLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate.
  • It could come with 80W fast charging support, the in-house Q1 gaming chip, and dual-frequency GPS. 
  • The new iQOO phone is expected to feature a 50MP primary camera with OIS and an 8MP ultra-wide camera at the back, and a 16MP front camera. 
  • On the software front, it will most likely run Origin OS based on Android 14.
