iQOO Z9 Turbo+ is confirmed to launch in China on September 24th i.e. tomorrow. This will come as a follow-up to the iQOO Z9 Turbo that debuted in April. The phone is already confirmed to arrive with the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ chipset. Ahead of the announcement, the iQOO Z9 Turbo+ display specifications have been confirmed.
iQOO Z9 Turbo+ display details
- The iQOO Z9 Turbo+ is confirmed to feature a TCL Huaxing C8 OLED straight screen with 1.5K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate.
- The phone will come with 3840Hz PWM dimming and full brightness dimming technology.
- There will be support for Dynamic Light display with eye protection and anti-fatigue that has been created with the China National Institute of Standardisation.
- The iQOO Z9 Turbo+ will arrive with Night Own Eye protection.
- The iQOO Z9 Turbo+ is already confirmed to come with the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ SoC, which is claimed to have scored 2387855 AnTuTu score.
- The phone will have a 6,400mAh battery but the fast charging details are kept under wraps. This is the biggest battery capacity on an iQOO phone.
The iQOO Z9 Turbo+ will join the existing Z9 models like the iQOO Z9, iQOO Z9x, and iQOO Z9 Turbo. The iQOO Z9 Turbo+ may come with an in-house Q1 gaming chip and dual-frequency GPS.
The earlier teaser image shared by the brand revealed the complete design, which looks largely identical to the iQOo Z9 Turbo. The phone will have a centre-positioned punch-hole cutout, flat edges and reasonably narrow bezels. The iQOO Z9 Turbo+ houses a boxy frame with rounded edges. There is a large square module on the back panel and this will house the rear camera sensors. The LED flash is present outside the square module.
The company hasn’t mentioned anything about the phone’s availability in markets outside of China at the moment but is expected to debut in India as well.
