The iQOO Z9s series India launch is taking place on August 21st. Ahead of the launch, the brand has been teasing its upcoming phones. It has now revealed key specifications of the iQOO Z9s series including their chipset, camera, and battery details. The iQOO Z9s series will feature two phones — iQOO Z9s and iQOO Z9s Pro.
iQOO Z9s series key specs revealed
- The iQOO Z9s Pro will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset paired with Adreno 720 GPU. Its AnTuTu score claimed by the company is over 820,000.
- The smartphone will feature a 3D curved AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 4,500 nits of peak brightness.
- It will come in two colours: Flamboyant Orange with a vegan leather back and Luxe Marble.
- The iQOO Z9s series has a very familiar design like the rest of the iQOO phones with its curved edges and ‘squircle’ camera module.
The iQOO Z9s will run the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 chipset under its hood, according to a report by GSMArena. Both phones will feature a 50MP Sony IMX882 camera with OIS, 4K video recording, and a Super Night Mode, while the Pro model gets an 8MP ultra-wide camera. iQOO is also adding AI features like AI Erase and AI Photo Enhance.
The iQOO Z9s series is also said to be 7.49mm thin. The regular iQOO Z9s will come with 1,800 nits of peak brightness. Finally, the iQOO Z9s Pro’s battery is revealed to be 5,500mAh. The two phones will be manufactured at Vivo’s Greater Noida facility, the report added.
The iQOO Z9s series is expected to be priced under Rs 25,000 in India. The regular iQOO Z9 is expected to launch at around Rs 19,999. So the Pro version might have a starting price under Rs 25,000.
